Field Guide, Joe Kaplow, and Blake Rouse
Blow Up Your TV events presents Field Guide, Joe Kaplow, and Blake Rouse in the backyard: a pop up benefit show raising money for hurricane relief in Western North Carolina in the wake of Helene. We've also partnered with Other People Fund, a non-profit dedicated to helping offset the cost of therapy for folks who need it, who recently partnered with therapists in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida to provide free crisis counseling for those in need. The pop up event will feature music from indie folk artists Field Guide, from Winnipeg, Canada, Joe Kaplow, from New Jersey, and Fort Collin's own Blake Rouse. As well as a few local vendors. There is a $15 cover and 100% of that money will go to relief efforts in Western North Carolina. Email autumn@blowupyourtvevents.com for details on how to get there!
If you'd like to make a donation, but can't come to the show you can donate to BeLoved Asheville at BeLovedAsheville.com/donate.

FULTON LEE
Fulton Lee combines stanky groove with colorful pop melodies to create a sound dubbed "Bubblegum Funk". His influences span from Vulfpeck to Frank Ocean, Fulton's music is infectious yet meaningful.
Fulton began his career emulating the sounds and styles of old school soul singers like James Brown and Little Richard. Heavily inspired by the doo-wop sound and dance style of the 50's, much of his music and live performances were a blast from the past. Since then, Fulton's bandmates/collaborators, August Pappas and Jake Schweinsberg have helped integrate the retro sound with modern production styles evocative of Tom Misch and Vulfpeck.
He was recently crowned champion of Nashville's famous radio station "Lightning 100's" battle of the bands competition, which earned a spot on the prestigious Live on The Green music festival in downtown Nashville.
Blackpool Mecca is a modern psych-rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2018. They are emerging figures in Music City’s indie rock underground with a style that draws on elements of grunge, glam, and Nuggets-era fuzz.
Sous Sol is an Alt/Rock band based out of Asheville, NC. The band is comprised by Hampton Schlock (Vox/Guitar), Connor Burchett (Guitar) & Jack Ritchie (Drums). Sous Sol was established in August of 2019. They hit the ground running & released their debut single, ‘Go Back’ in November 2019. Sous Sol has had the honor to travel & play shows regionally throughout the East Coast supporting acts ‘Mike Mains & The Branches’, ‘Daddy’s Beamer’ & ‘The Stryrofoam Turtles’ early in 2020. With tours in April 2020 being canceled due to COVID, they released singles ‘What Am I Doing?’ and ‘Here I Am Now’ towards the end of the year along with their debut ep ‘Everytime’. The boys are excited for the return for live music to say the least!
